📦 Delivery Logistics & Safety

1. Recipient-Only Delivery 👤

All parcels are shipped via a "Recipient Only" service.
  • The courier is legally required to check your Photo ID (18+). 🪪
  • If you are not home, the parcel will not be left at your door. It will be taken to the nearest Post Office or depot for secure collection. 🏤
2. Regional & Remote Areas 🏔️

We deliver to regional hubs and remote communities.
  • Processing Time: Standard 1-2 business days for pharmacist review. 💊
  • Delivery Time: 3–10 business days depending on location.
  • Community Restrictions: We strictly honor alcohol and substance restricted zones in specific indigenous communities. Please check local council bylaws before ordering. 🪧
3. P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers 📮
  • We do ship to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
  • However, you must present a valid ID to the postal clerk to unlock your parcel or sign for the delivery. 🔑
4. International Shipping ✈️🚫
  • We DO NOT ship internationally. * Under the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations, it is illegal to export therapeutic vapes from Australia or import them via the post. All orders must have a domestic Australian shipping address. 🏠
❓ Frequently Asked Delivery Questions

"Can my partner sign for my delivery?" 👥 No. Under the 2026 health reforms, the person whose name is on the Pharmacist Consultation or Prescription must be the one to sign for the package.

"What if my ID doesn't match my current address?" 📍 The name on your ID must match the name on the order. The address on your ID does not necessarily need to match the shipping address, as long as the identity is confirmed.
